Account General Manager (AGM)

AGM Job Purpose:

The AGM must understand basic computer software tools and have strong client service skills. This is a role focused on relationship building, retention, partnering and overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and support our existing, mature client base.
  • Work directly with client decision-makers and budget-holders.
  • Help clients measure their success and ROI from TopLine.
  • Educate clients on all existing and new product offerings at TopLine.
  • Retain your accounts through exceptional client service.
  • Coordinate and prepare candidates for job interviews with TopLine’s clients.

Requirements:

  • Professional maturity and business acumen.
  • 2+ years experience in business environment or 2+ years military experience.
  • Understanding of basic computer software programs (Microsoft Office products, Google Drive, Web Search, etc..)
  • Personal drive to be successful, to network with others and help the overall TopLine team.
  • Willingness to be trained, coached and mentored.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and client requests.

Recruiter

Recruiter Job Purpose:

Find qualified candidates to fill open positions at TopLine’s client organizations. Help facilitate a phone and/or in-person introduction with the candidate and the hiring company for an interview. Work closely with TopLine’s Account Managers to coordinate job candidates with companies who have open positions.

Recruiter Job Duties:

Determine job requirements by studying job description and qualifications that are provided to you by our clients who are hiring.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants over the phone/skype; analyzing responses; verifying references; and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Build applicant sources by using TopLine resources such as LinkedIn, Monster and other tools to find qualified candidates.
Attract applications through email, phone calls, LinkedIn messages and other job sites.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants over the phone/skype; analyzing responses; verifying references; and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and interviews.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
