Director of Publisher Development

Location: New York City

This role will develop and manage new and existing partner relationships while growing revenues.  Looking for a leader to fuel the north American business team’s next phase of Company’s growth. A highly motivated, self-starter who is passionate about the mobile ecosystem and is eager to develop new relationships with publishers and other strategic partners.


  • Discover, close deals and maintain relationships with premium/strategic mobile app developers and publishers in North America.
  • Strong set of existing relationships with comScore 1000 publishers at the decision-making level preferred.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge regarding offering and ability to position them effectively.
  • Strong knowledge & familiarity with publisher business models, ad serving, ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, RTB, Programmatic Premium, and online ad technologies focused on driving publisher value. Experience working with complex business terms, technology integrations, and across an organization.
  • Map, Segment and analyze the US mobile publisher market and develop strategy for a premium mobile video offering.
  • Collect and report partner feedback, inform and influence product development and marketing teams.


  • At least 5+ years of experience in mobile/video/programmatic sales.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and develop a multi-year, multi-million dollar client relationships.
  • Solid sales track record with strong negotiation skills.
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
  • High motivation and dedication with proactive approach. Ability to work under pressure, independently and goal-oriented.
  • Managerial experience of an online/mobile sales team, preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree; MA or MBA preferred.
