Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location : Denver, CO

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with strong business acumen and a desire for a fast-track career in sales to join our Sales Development organization as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As a SDR, you will be part of a dynamic, enthusiastic and strategic team in the effort to grow new Business.  You will align with, and support inside & outside sales within specific geographic territories.

Here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • A strong Hunter, capable of finding and qualifying new accounts in a territory
  • The opportunity to generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
  • Never give up attitude with relentless persistence to qualify leads and new opportunities for sales
  • Research and build new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
  • Educate prospects on the value of the Driver Risk Management (DRM) platform
  • Strong skills in discovery and problem solving
  • Collaborate within the Team Selling Model
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
  • 2-3 years experience in a professional environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong Competitive Spirit
  • A finely-tuned attention to detail
  • Strong desire to learn and have a career in sales

Preferred Experience:

  • SaaS sales experience
  • Inside sales experience a plus
  • Corporate prospecting experience a plus
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to provide a positive customer experience
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills

In addition, our client will work hard to ensure your success through providing an 8-week training program for rapid ramp up, a mentor program, quarterly sales meetings. The position reports to the Inside Sales Director and requires a background, motor vehicle and drug screen as clearance for employment.
